Missions
Faith Worship Center is a mission-minded church, supporting missionaries locally and around the World. Every ministry within the church contributes in some way to missions. Among those contributions are buying bicycles for Asia, building churches in Ecuador, and holding women's conferences in India.
Children's Ministry
Faith Worship Center has a dynamic children’s ministry that meets every Sunday morning from 10:15 am to 12:00 pm. The service is designed for 1st – 6th grade. Dan & Lucretia Bradley use puppets, video, praise and worship and other illustrations to communicate the truth of God’s word. We believe God is raising a generation of world shakers and history makers.
High School Youth Ministry
The Armor Bearers youth group, grades 9th-12th meets every Wednesday night at 7 pm. Our motto Armor Bearers- "Casting aside the deeds of darkness and putting on the full armor of light." (Reference to Romans 13:12)
Who are we? We are willing servants selected by the King of Kings and Lord of Lords. It is He Who grants us the Bravery, Boldness, and Love we need to carry and bear the armor of light, which is Christ Jesus, to all His children, both lost and found; and to also stand up for Him, His Word, and His children, in these times of darkness.
Ignite Middle School Youth Ministry
Our middle school youth group 6th-8th meets every Wednesday night at 7 pm. Our desire is to ignite the fire of God’s word in the hearts of our young people through discipleship, evangelism and fellowship. We are building the kingdom one teenager at a time.
Women’s Ministry
The women’s ministry meets periodically through out the year to strengthen and encourage one another. They also assist in hospitality and benevolence ministries.
Praise and Worship Team
Faith Worship Center knows the importance of praise & worship. Various expressions of worship, such as instruments, song, dance and flags are welcome here.
Sunday School
Sunday School classes are offered for every age group. Each class is designed to minister to that particular age group. The goal of each class is to teach the Bible as it applies to everyday life. We want people to not only have knowledge but to be able to put into practice what they learn on a daily basis.
Men’s Ministry
The men’s ministry meets the second Saturday of every month at the church from 8 am - 9 am for breakfast, fellowship and to hear God’s word. Through out the year the men do service
projects for members of the church and the community. The men are also actively involved in raising financial support for missions by hosting a pork chop sale the fourth Friday of every month.
Prison Ministry
Matthew 25:36 - “I was naked, and you gave me clothing. I was sick, and you cared for me. I was in prison, and you visited me.” Our prison ministry teams go into the prisons twice a month to preach & teach the word of God. Yearly, Christmas stockings are prepared and donated to the families of the inmates.
Nursing Home Ministry
Every Sunday Faith Worship Center conducts a service at Bluegrass Assisted Living from 9:30 am – 10:15 am. This ministry is designed to minister to those who are not able to attend a regular Sunday morning service. This is a non-denominational service and everyone is welcome to attend.
